Grammatico is a family-owned restoration and construction company built on heart, hustle, and a commitment to quality. What began in 2006 as a few kitchen remodels for friends quickly grew into a passion and eventually, a thriving business.

Founded by Rosa Grammatico, the company started with a simple goal: to help people create better space. After a handful of successful renovations, Rosa realized she loved the process, not just the building, but the problem-solving, the design, and most of all, the impact it has on people’s lives.

As demand grew, so did the company’s services. In 2022, Grammatico expanded into full-service restoration, bringing that same hands-on care to families and businesses recovering from water, fire, mold, and other disasters. This also included contents services – full pack-outs, secure storage, and items cleaning – to help preserve and protect your belongings during a crisis.

With a deep understanding of how overwhelming these situations can be, Rosa and her team leaned into the opportunity, not just to rebuild structures, but to restore peace-of-mind.

Today, based in Murrieta, California, Grammatico proudly serves communities across the Inland Empire, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, Los Angeles, and Orange County.

Rosa Grammatico

Owner/Project Manager

Rosa Grammatico is a licensed general contractor out of Murrieta, California. She started remodeling kitchens in 2006 and has since expanded into full reconstruction services. Rosa is very passionate about providing exceptional customer service and she is personally involved in each project.

When not working, Rosa enjoys cooking for her family, spending time with her husband and grandchildren.

Andrew Oliver

Director of Operations

Andrew comes from a strong background with multiple years of experience in the restoration industry, where he has successfully assisted countless families and businesses in recovering from damage and disruption. His work has taken him beyond just the local community, extending his expertise and support to clients across the country.
With a deep understanding of the challenges that property owners face, Andrew is committed to providing not only technical solutions but also reassurance and guidance during difficult times. His passion for helping people restore their homes and businesses makes him a trusted and dependable member of the team.

Giovanni Grammatico

Project Manager

Giovanni has been in construction his entire life, beginning his career in electrical contracting where he gained hands-on experience working with commercial clients. Over the years, his passion for building grew, leading him to earn his general contracting license and expand into broader aspects of the industry.

Today, Giovanni is focused on achieving his long-term goal of designing and constructing custom homes from the ground up. Known for his dedication and client-first approach, he takes pride in guiding projects with precision and care, always striving to turn each client’s vision into reality.
